We want you to love every SimplyNexa product. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at Simplynexa.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Eligible Items

  • Items in original, unused condition
  • Items with original packaging and tags intact
  • Items purchased directly from simplynexa.store

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened personal care or hygiene products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Contact us and we’ll guide you through the process quickly.
